Serenity Sundays offers a sanctuary for individuals to unwind, recharge, and cultivate tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Meet me every 3rd Sunday in-person @ Cochran Mill Park 10am-12pm

Mantra Mondays

Every Monday let’s focus on setting positive intentions and cultivating mindfulness for the week ahead.

Travel Tuesdays

Incorporating travel into a wellness lifestyle allows individuals to experience new adventures, expand their horizons, and cultivate a sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives. Every Tuesday I will offer tips for wellness travel.

Wellness Wednesdays

Wellness Wednesdays are dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit through intentional self-care practices and activities.

Thoughtful Thursdays

Being thoughtful is about thinking of others and doing something kind for them. Pay it forward in some way every Thursday.

Fitness Fridays are an energetic and motivating way to end the week with a focus on physical activity and well-being. Fridays are dedicated to promoting movement, vitality, and health for individuals of all fitness levels.
