Travel Tuesdays | Incorporating travel into a wellness lifestyle allows individuals to experience new adventures, expand their horizons, and cultivate a sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives. Every Tuesday I will offer tips for wellness travel. |
Wellness Wednesdays | Wellness Wednesdays are dedicated to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit through intentional self-care practices and activities. |
Thoughtful Thursdays | Being thoughtful is about thinking of others and doing something kind for them. Pay it forward in some way every Thursday. |
